Quick Pickled Veggies in Just 4 Steps!

What You'll Need:

  • 1 cup vegetable (chose your preference)
  • 1 cup Vivo
  • I cup water
  • 2 tbs salt
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 4-5 garic cloves
  • 1 tbs peppercorn
  • 1-2 wide mouth jars with lid

Prepare vegetables: thoroughly wash and dry your vegetables of choice. cut into desired shape. Pack vegetables into your jar, allowing 1/2 inch of space from the top of vegetables to rim of the jar.

Make the brine: Combine Vivo, water, salt, and sugar (in a small saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the salt and sugar. Allow to cool.

Make the pickles: Pour pickle brine over the vegetables, filling each jar to within 1/2 inch of the top. You might not use all the brine.

Seal & Store: Place lid on jars tightly and store in refrigerated for up to 2 months!
