HOW VIVO BEGAN

During the pandemic , Peter found himself improvising in the kitchen.  Nearly out of red wine vinegar, he did something unexpected- he combined a few drops from an open bottle of Lambrusco wine with what remained in his nearly empty vinegar bottle.

One taste changed everything.

The accidental blend created something entirely new- liquid flavor so pure and complex, you could actually drink it straight.

Inspired by that discovery, Peter and Linda crafted VIVO using only pure Lambrusco grapes from Italy's legendary wine region. No additives. No shortcuts, No compromise.

The result a vinegar that transforms ordinary meals into extraordinary moments.
