What is VIVO made from?
Lambrusco wine vinegar, red wine vinegar and concentrated grape must. All natural, with no added sugar, no additives and no coloring agents. Contains naturally occurring sulfites.

What does VIVO taste like?
Red fruits and berries with natural sweetness and remarkable depth.

Is VIVO gluten-free?
Yes. VIVO contains no wheat or gluten ingredients.

USAGE & CULINARY

How do I use VIVO?
Splash it over salads, deglaze a pan for a quick sauce, add it to marinades, or finish grilled meats and vegetables. It's also good on fresh fruit, soft cheese and in cocktails. For more ideas, see our Recipes page.

Is it like balsamic?
It's its own thing. VIVO is lighter and brighter, with the red fruit of the Lambrusco grape.

Can you really drink it?
"Good enough to drink" is what people kept saying at our tastings, so we made it our tag line. Try a splash in sparkling water or a cocktail.

How should I store VIVO?
Keep it in a cool, dark place. No refrigeration needed. Stored properly, it keeps its quality for years.

Where do you ship?
 Anywhere in the continental US. Every order is carefully packed and ships within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way, and delivery time depends on the carrier and where you live.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us at hello@tastevivo.com within 7 days with a photo, and we'll send a replacement right away.

Is VIVO really made in Italy?
Yes. We developed VIVO with one artisan producer in Modena, Emilia-Romagna, where Lambrusco, a legendary grape, is native.

What makes VIVO different?
It's made in small batches in Modena from Lambrusco, one of Italy's oldest grapes. The result is bright, balanced, and good enough to drink.

Is VIVO organic?
VIVO is not certified organic. It is all natural, with no additives and no coloring agents.
